African Post GH is a free community tool that connects people who need to send something with transporters who are already making the trip — professional couriers, taxis, bus operators and truck owners across Ghana.
Who runs it
African Post GH is developed and operated by Caisse Continentale Afrique, a non-profit charitable association registered in France (association loi 1901). The association carries out social-action work and builds tools that strengthen local logistics and trade across Africa.
Our mission
We exist to improve access to transport and commerce. In many places, sending a parcel or finding an affordable, trusted carrier is harder and more expensive than it should be. By letting senders and transporters find each other directly, we make local logistics simpler, cheaper and more open.
How it works
- Senders post what they want to move and the maximum price they are willing to pay.
- Transporters — couriers, taxis, buses, trucks — make offers or advertise the trips they are already running.
- The sender picks an offer, the two parties connect, and they arrange the handover and payment directly between themselves.
Non-profit and free
African Post GH is free to use. As a non-profit project, we do not take a commission on deliveries and we do not hold your money. We simply connect people.
Trust & safety
To build trust between strangers, users can verify their phone number, email and Ghana Card. We encourage both parties to check each other’s identity at pickup. Abuse can be reported and accounts can be suspended.
